Federal Way TV produces feature on new business incubator

Tired of hearing bad economic news? Want to hear a positive story for a change? Federal Way
Television (FWTV) showcases the good news coming out of the brand new South Sound
Regional Business Incubator (SSRBI).

SSRBI literally “incubates” new businesses and start-up firms located in the South Sound region,
nourishing their ability to grow and prosper. In addition to critical support services and low-cost
office space, small business tenants receive invaluable benefits in the form of training, access to
financing, and the chance to learn business savvy from experts.

The FWTV program features SSRBI’s Executive Director Cosette Gibson-Pfaff and two of the
incubator’s clients, EcoInsulate NW and Moore & Associates. The incubator, which is located in
Federal Way, has only been up and running for a few months, but is already seeing positive
results. A primary goal is to graduate as many companies as possible in 24 months or less,
putting strong, self-sufficient small businesses into play in the economy – which means new
