Do not get the name. Just feels like it ought to be Wynnstone, Wyndstone, Windstone or something. I thought it was Wyndstone until today and I drive past it most mornings.

Anyhow, FWU has some more information about the project.  Map/satellite view of development area.

Update: The site I linked you to links you to the minutes of the Oct. 7 City Council meeting in a cumbersome system that doesn't let you search. I tried downloading, but it only downloaded from the page I was on (4 or 5) to the end, so the numbering is all off, but it'll be a few pages past 72.

There are 45 plots, 1-4 and 18-44 will be at least 7,200 square feet and 5-17 will be at least 5,000 square feet. As you can see from the satellite map, there are three entrances to the neighborhood, from the top of the hill on 12th., next to Saghalie on 19th. and from Campus on 10th. (There is another dead-end non-cul-de-sac on top of the hill at 10th., but apparently it will continue to dead-end at BPA.)

Plot 45 is an acre and will hold up to 16 multi-family units. There will be a homeowner's association (huzzah!) responsible for the upkeep of the mandated greens separating the public right of way from stormwater retention. Lots 19-20, 22, 25, 40-44 have to have a note detailing the multi-family units located on 13th. Court SW. (The completed cul-de-sac at the top, it would appear. Interesting... figured the multi-family would be closer to Campus.)

Looks like quite a bit of work will need to stop between Oct. 31 and March 30 to prevent run-off into Panther Lake.
